Cruise lines update specialty dining and menu formats

Cruise lines are implementing changes to their specialty dining offerings. Disney Cruise Line has announced it will phase out the prix-fixe dinner menu at its premium Italian dining locations, including Palo, Palo Steakhouse, and Palo Trattoria. The transition will occur in late October 2026, starting with the Disney Wonder and concluding with the Disney Adventure. The new format will instead offer a selection of guest favorites.

In the specialty dining sector, Celebrity Cruises features highly-rated options such as Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud and Fine Cut Steakhouse. Le Voyage, located on Celebrity Beyond and Celebrity Ascent, offers globally inspired dishes and tasting menus, while Fine Cut Steakhouse provides upscale beef and seafood selections on Edge-Class ships.
