Crunchyroll and Genshin Impact announce collaboration for exclusive rewards

HoYoverse and Crunchyroll have announced a collaboration to celebrate the upcoming 7.0 update of Genshin Impact, which introduces the nation of Snezhnaya. The partnership offers exclusive in-game rewards for Crunchyroll subscribers in selected regions, including North America, Canada, and parts of Latin America.

From August 12 to September 22, 2026, Crunchyroll Mega Fan tier members (or higher) can redeem a code via a special event page to obtain the Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model gadget. This cosmetic item has previously been available through regional collaborations in China, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea, but this marks its arrival in the Americas.

Additionally, subscribers with the Fan tier or higher are eligible for a reward package containing 40 Primogems, Mora, weapon materials, and character experience items. Players must redeem codes obtained through the Crunchyroll event page on the official Genshin Impact website.
