Jordan Lee claims Wimbledon boys' singles crown over Cruz Hewitt

American 16‑year‑old Jordan Lee won the Wimbledon junior boys' singles title on July 12 2026, beating 17‑year‑old Australian Cruz Hewitt 4‑6, 6‑4, 7‑5. Lee entered the draw as a qualifier, becoming only the second qualifier ever to capture the trophy and the first American champion since Samir Banerjee in 2021.

Hewitt had reached the final without dropping a set, the first Australian in the boys' final since Alex de Minaur in 2016. The son of 2002 Wimbledon champion Lleyton Hewitt celebrated his run with the support of the Federer family, who greeted him on court after his semifinal win over Dutch prospect Thijs Boogaard.
