Cruz Pérez Cuéllar advocates for economic freedom and social justice

Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, a candidate for the State Coordination for the Defense of the Fourth Transformation, has outlined a political vision that combines economic freedom with social justice. He emphasized that his affiliation with the Morena party does not imply a communist ideology, but rather a belief in private enterprise, investment, and wealth generation.

Pérez Cuéllar argued for a strong state that maintains economic stewardship to ensure development and social welfare. He stated, “I believe in free enterprise, I believe in the economic stewardship of the Mexican State.” He noted that these principles align with the 1917 Mexican Constitution, which allows for state participation in national development to improve living conditions.

For the state of Chihuahua, Pérez Cuéllar proposed a model that integrates economic growth with social responsibility, involving cooperation between businesses, workers, the government, and society to prioritize those in need.
