Cruz Roja Argentina launches 2026 Annual Collection

Cruz Roja Argentina has launched its 2026 Annual Collection, running from September 12 to 21 in conjunction with First Aid Week. Under the slogan ‘Ayudar es nuestra bandera’, the initiative aims to channel public solidarity into concrete humanitarian actions and strengthen territorial volunteer work across various neighborhoods.

Local branches, such as the Villa Crespo branch, coordinate direct impact programs including access to safe water, health promotion, emergency preparedness, and support for migrants. The organization also addresses emerging issues among youth, such as digital consumption and online gambling. Rocío D’Antoni, president of the Villa Crespo branch, noted that societal support is vital to maintaining response capacity for vulnerable sectors. Local volunteer teams also conduct livelihood workshops, first aid training, and assistance for children and seniors.
