Cruz Roja hosts business leadership and rural development forums in Spain

Cruz Roja has organized two distinct professional gatherings in Spain focused on corporate leadership and rural economic sustainability.

In Jaén, the organization launched the inaugural ‘Equipos que Salvan Empresas + Vidas’ (Teams that Save Companies + Lives) event. The program brought together over 100 professionals from 21 different companies for an immersive emergency simulation. The exercise was designed to test essential business competencies, including communication, coordination, decision-making, and leadership under pressure, by recreating real-world emergency scenarios.

In Segovia, the XVI Cruz Roja Business Meeting focused on the theme ‘Futuro Rural 360: Talento, Innovación y Relevo’ (Rural Future 360: Talent, Innovation, and Succession). The forum addressed the challenges of the rural economy, specifically aiming to boost competitiveness, facilitate generational turnover, and connect local talent with territorial opportunities through collaboration between businesses and public administrations.
