Cruzeiro do Sul launches 2026 Festival da Farinha program with national acts

The 9th edition of the Festival da Farinha will take place in Cruzeiro do Sul from August 26 to 29, 2026, at the Complexo Esportivo. National singers Mari Fernandez and Klessinha have been confirmed as the opening and closing acts, respectively.

Mayor Zequinha Lima highlighted new elements for this edition, including a dedicated coffee space for local producers, an expanded entrepreneurship fair, and broader promotion of the region’s manioc‑based products such as flour, tapioca and beiju. The event aims to showcase family farmers, boost tourism and stimulate the local hotel, restaurant and service sectors.

The festival, now considered a key cultural celebration in the Vale do Juruá, also features regional artists, dance groups and DJs, with 69 artistic registrations recorded for this year’s program.
