Cruzeiro pursues Racing left‑back Gabriel Rojas, negotiations over $7‑8 million offer

Brazilian club Cruzeiro is actively monitoring Argentine side Racing's left‑back Gabriel Rojas as a potential signing. Racing has set a asking price between US$7 million and US$8 million (roughly R$35‑40 million), rejecting an earlier proposal from Cruzeiro of US$4 million (about R$20 million). The Argentine club has not ruled out a sale but insists on a definitive deal at the higher valuation.

Rojas, 28, is under contract with Racing until December 2028 and carries a US$15 million release clause.
