CRV Industrial expands employee training programs at its Capinópolis plant in Brazil

CRV Industrial is extending a suite of internal and external training initiatives at its Capinópolis unit in Minas Gerais, Brazil, to boost safety, operational excellence and career growth in the bioenergy sector. Programs such as Capacitar Interno, Capacitar Externo, Projeto CNH, Mulheres da Condução and Aperfeiçoar target workers at all experience levels, including women and new operators of heavy agricultural machinery. In the 2025/26 season, 201 employees took part in Capacitar Interno, while 271 drivers received safe‑driving instruction during the May Yellow campaign. The Projeto CNH currently supports six staff members in upgrading their driver’s licences. Coordinator Fábio Leandro Jr. said, "The investment in training goes far beyond technical instruction; it creates professionals aligned with the company’s culture, procedures and safety standards."
