Balkan sports clubs prepare for new seasons with ticket sales and transfers

Major sports clubs in the Balkan region are preparing for upcoming seasons. In Serbian basketball, Crvena zvezda has sold 9,289 season tickets for the 2026/27 season, while Partizan has renewed over 8,500 memberships.

In Croatian basketball, Cibona has launched its season ticket sales for 2026/27, introducing a new digital system that allows fans to select their specific seats in the Dražen Petrović Basketball Hall.

In Croatian football, Istra 1961 has seen roster changes with the departure of defender Filip Taraba to Rudeš and striker Ivan Šaranić to the Turkish club Bursaspor. Meanwhile, in Slovakia, various regional events including the Bajkerky Fest and local football matches are scheduled for early September.
