Cryptocurrency markets show bullish signals amid rising ETF inflows

Cryptocurrency market indicators suggest the potential beginning of a new bull cycle, often referred to as a ‘crypto spring.’ CryptoQuant reported that its Bull Score Index surged from 30 to 80 following a 24% rally in Bitcoin, with eight of its ten underlying indicators flashing bullish signals.

Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan noted that the third quarter showed significant recovery, highlighted by a 46.4% quarterly gain in the firm’s large-cap crypto index. The rebound was supported by $6 billion in US spot Bitcoin ETF inflows, returning year-to-date net flows to positive territory.

Market growth has extended to tokenized equities, which rose 65.5% to nearly $3.2 billion, and decentralized perpetual futures, which reached a record open interest of approximately $26 billion. Among large-cap assets, Chainlink saw the highest performance in the Bitwise index with a 97.6% climb, while Bitcoin, Ether, and Solana also posted significant double-digit gains.
