Crystal Dynamics confirmed that the upcoming game Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis takes place within the same continuity as the Survivor trilogy, making it a reimagining rather than a separate remake. The announcement ties the new story to Lara Croft's modern timeline established in the reboot series and raises questions about how earlier classic titles might be integrated.

Aspyr and Crystal Dynamics also announced that Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration is now available on Nintendo Switch 2. The edition includes the full game from the Survivor trilogy, all season‑pass DLC, exclusive outfits, weapons and extra content, and highlights Lara’s expedition through Siberia to uncover the Divine Source while battling the secret society Trinity.
