Crystal Serenity luxury cruise to dock at PortCastelló

The luxury cruise ship Crystal Serenity is scheduled to dock at PortCastelló, carrying approximately 650 passengers of American and Australian nationality, along with 538 crew members. The 250-meter vessel, owned by Crystal Cruises, will arrive in the early morning and depart for Barcelona in the late afternoon.

During the stop, passengers are scheduled to participate in various excursions and private tours, including visits to Peñíscola, Valencia, and the Club de Golf Mediterráneo. Activities also include a paella cooking workshop in Burriana and visits to Morella and Villafamés. To facilitate tourism, the Castelló City Council is providing shuttle buses, a tourist information officer, and a tourist train.

Rubén Ibáñez, president of the Port Authority of Castellón, stated that the arrival reinforces the port's strategy to attract high-end cruise tourism. He noted that the sector is experiencing exponential growth in the region, with ten additional calls already secured for the upcoming year.
