CS Invest launches Pôle d’Aillane with Ferrari as anchor tenant

CS Invest has officially launched the first phase of the Pôle d’Aillane, a new real estate development located at the entrance of the Aix-en-Provence business district. Designed as a hub for mobility and innovation, the project is expected to eventually cover nearly 20,000 square meters.

The site will offer diverse spaces, including showrooms, workshops, offices, and retail areas. A major highlight of the launch is the announcement that Ferrari will establish a presence at the site, occupying approximately 5,000 square meters within the first phase of the development. This move is intended to signal the site's attractiveness to major automotive brands and players in new mobility sectors.
