Csabacsűd implements surveillance and solar lighting upgrades

The municipality of Csabacsűd has officially inaugurated several infrastructure developments completed under the Competitive Districts Program. These projects were implemented through a consortium led by the city of Szarvas, which included six participating settlements in the Szarvas district.

The first phase of the investment, funded by the Hungarian Government, focused on public safety and sustainable lighting. Key improvements include the installation of 14 surveillance cameras at nine strategic locations, including major junctions and central areas, to enhance crime prevention and public security. Additionally, the project included the implementation of solar-powered street lighting.
