César Huerta returns to Pumas UNAM after Belgian stint

Mexican winger César Huerta has returned to Club Universidad Nacional (Pumas) following an eighteen-month stint in Belgium with Anderlecht. Huerta, who previously recorded 20 goals and 15 assists during his first tenure with the club, expressed a strong commitment to the institution and a personal goal of winning a championship with the team.

Reflecting on his time in Europe, Huerta noted that while the tactical adaptation was smooth due to his intense playing style, he faced significant mental challenges regarding an undiagnosed injury. He stated that the experience helped him realize his own strength.
