César Martínez cycles 1,200 km to fundraise for Aspace Soria

César Martínez, a resident of Soria, is undertaking a 1,200-kilometer cycling journey from Cádiz to Santiago de Compostela to raise funds for Aspace Soria, an association supporting people with cerebral palsy.

The goal of the fundraiser is to collect 15,000 euros to purchase a second-hand adapted van. While the association already possesses a larger vehicle, a smaller, more agile van is needed to navigate the dispersed areas of the Soria province more effectively.

Martínez is completing the trek accompanied by two companions and without a support vehicle, relying solely on bicycles and panniers. Despite facing challenges such as extreme heat and accumulated fatigue, which have required adjustments to the original itinerary, he remains committed to reaching Santiago de Compostela.
