César Tralli earns R$ 350,000 monthly as Jornal Nacional anchor

Journalist César Tralli has seen a significant salary increase after taking over the anchor position for Jornal Nacional at TV Globo in November 2025. Following his transition from presenting Jornal Hoje, Tralli now earns approximately R$ 350,000 per month, totaling roughly R$ 4.2 million annually. This represents an increase of R$ 230,000 from his previous monthly salary of R$ 120,000.

Despite this raise, Tralli’s compensation remains below that of his predecessor, William Bonner, who reportedly earned approximately R$ 900,000 per month for his role as anchor and editor. Additionally, co-anchor Renata Vasconcellos receives approximately R$ 400,000 per month, which can reach up to R$ 1.2 million annually when including participation in sponsorship and advertising agreements.
