CSIF union protests against Correos labor agreement breaches

The CSIF union has launched a campaign of mobilizations against Correos, demanding that the company comply with previously signed labor agreements. The first protest took place in front of the Government Sub-delegation in Alicante.

The union is protesting the stalling of job consolidation and the failure to implement replacement rates necessary to fill structural vacancies. Additionally, CSIF claims that measures for work-life balance are not being applied as agreed, which they argue affects the fundamental rights of the workforce.

Concerns have also been raised regarding occupational health and safety. The union asserts that current staffing levels are insufficient to handle the volume of activity, leading to increased workloads and pressure on employees. CSIF has called for an urgent meeting of the bodies responsible for monitoring these agreements to rectify the company's current stance.
