CSKA Sofia targets Fenerbahçe midfielder Emre Demir

CSKA Sofia is actively pursuing several transfer targets as part of its summer recruitment strategy. The club has already secured five new players: Catalin Itu, Joël Swartz, Tamimu Woray, Jean-Philippe Gbamen, and Stefano Sensi.

Reports indicate that CSKA Sofia has made a formal offer for 22-year-old Fenerbahçe attacking midfielder Emre Demir. Demir, a former Barcelona youth player, is also being tracked by Alanyaspor, Lugano, Dinamo Zagreb, and RB Salzburg, though CSKA is noted as the only club to have submitted a concrete offer at this stage.

In other developments, CSKA Sofia reportedly failed to reach an agreement with young striker Filip Gigov, a former Ludogorets player. Gigov, a free agent born in 2007, has instead signed with Botev Vratsa.
