CSKA Sofia faces injury setbacks ahead of Ludogorets derby

CSKA Sofia will be without key attacking players Leo Pereira and Joel Zwarc for their upcoming match against Ludogorets at the Vasil Levski National Stadium. Pereira is sidelined with an adductor injury sustained during training in Farum, an injury that may also force him to miss upcoming fixtures against Slavia, Panathinaikos, and Levski.

Top scorer Joel Zwarc is also unavailable due to a right thigh injury. However, central defender Jean-Philippe Gbamen is expected to return to the lineup, potentially making his first appearance under new manager Marcus Gizdol after recovering from a strain.

The match is expected to draw over 15,000 spectators and marks CSKA's final home game at the Vasil Levski National Stadium before their scheduled return to the Bulgarian Army Stadium on October 31.
