CSO Ada Ankara announces 2026–2027 art season program

Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy has announced the 2026–2027 art season program for CSO Ada Ankara. The upcoming season will feature a diverse range of disciplines, including classical music, opera, theater, traditional Turkish music, folk music, dance, and jazz.

International performers and ensembles scheduled to appear include the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Korea Symphony Orchestra, Emma Shapplin, and Elisabeth Leonskaja. The program will also host established Turkish institutions such as the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, the State Opera and Ballet, the State Theatres, and various state choirs and dance ensembles.

Additionally, the season will feature productions from State Theatres across several regions, including Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, and Ankara, spanning from October 2026 to January 2027. Academic and independent groups, such as Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory, are also expected to contribute to the cultural programming.
