CT Group splits into real estate and high-tech entities

CT Group has announced a major restructuring, splitting its operations into two independent entities under the parent group: CT Homes, focusing on real estate and infrastructure, and CT Group Hi-Tech, focusing on high technology.

CT Homes manages 68 projects with a target asset value of approximately 450 trillion VND. The company aims to expand internationally with a multinational management team and plans to conduct partial IPOs. It expects revenue to reach 20 trillion VND within the next 12 months, leveraging technologies such as AI, automation, and carbon credits.

CT Group Hi-Tech oversees an ecosystem of 15 strategic technology companies developed over the last decade. Its sectors include unmanned aerial vehicles (CT UAV), low-altitude space economy (GASCOLAE), national digital twins (NDT15), robotic housing (CT Modulex), biotechnology (VGCT), and semiconductor technology. The high-tech division aims to master the entire value chain from R&D to global commercialization.
