Côte d’Ivoire hosts gathering on diversity as a business driver

Club Kesho, a network of Africa-focused clubs within major French companies, held a gathering in Abidjan to discuss diversity as a driver of performance and transformation within African ecosystems.

Khally Makaya, a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), noted that diversity is becoming a priority in African economies due to increasing talent mobility. He highlighted that diversity in the African context includes a melting pot of nationalities, cultures, and professional profiles. The event aimed to explore how the return of people to Africa and the growing presence of the African community in Europe can benefit businesses and drive growth, particularly in hubs like Côte d’Ivoire.
