CTPark Bucharest West industrial park under construction in Romania

CTPark Bucharest West, a project developed by the Czech operator CTP, is being constructed as a major industrial and logistics park in Romania. Located near the A1 motorway in the Dragomirești-Vale and Chiajna area, the development aims for a total built area of 1,000,000 square meters upon completion.

As a flagship project, it represents one of the most significant foreign investments in Ilfov County. The facility is designed as Class A warehouse space, featuring modern energy-efficient specifications, including typical heights of over 12 meters, truck ramps, and 24/7 security. The developer, CTP, is a major European industrial real estate operator with a significant portfolio across several countries, including Romania, Czech Republic, and Poland.
