CTPark Warsaw Emilianów receives BREEAM Outstanding certification

CTPark Warsaw Emilianów, a logistics and industrial park located in the Radzymin municipality near Warsaw, has achieved the BREEAM Outstanding certification with a score of 89.1%. The certification evaluated various environmental factors, including energy efficiency, water management, material selection, biodiversity protection, and indoor environmental quality.

ALDI is the primary tenant of the facility, having leased 43,000 square meters of warehouse and office space, which includes over 13,000 square meters of cold storage and freezers. This distribution center serves 120 stores across central and north-eastern Poland. The facility utilizes a glycol installation with waste heat recovery to support its cooling operations.

The project was executed by Kajima Poland under a “design and build” model, with the certification process led by JWA. Located near the S8 expressway, the complex is planned to eventually comprise three Class A production and warehouse halls totaling more than 119,000 square meters.
