CTS Eventim reports H1 2026 revenue growth to EUR 1.51 billion

CTS Eventim reported strong financial results for the first half of 2026, with consolidated revenue rising 16.9% to EUR 1.513 billion and adjusted EBITDA increasing 12.4% to EUR 225.4 million. Earnings per share grew by 34.2% to EUR 1.25.

The company’s growth is driven by two distinct segments: the highly profitable Ticketing division, which saw revenue rise by 13.9%, and the Live Entertainment division, which grew by 18.6%. While Live Entertainment accounts for roughly two-thirds of total revenue, its lower margins (5.0%) compared to Ticketing (36.4%) led to a slight decrease in the overall group operating margin from 15.5% to 14.9%.

Following these results, several financial institutions issued positive outlooks. Jefferies maintained a ‘Buy’ rating with a price target of 100 Euro, while UBS set a target of 100 Euro. JPMorgan and Bernstein Research also provided positive assessments, citing the company’s robust position in Europe and its expanding global presence. Despite the strong performance, the stock experienced volatility following the announcement.
