CTS Eventim shares recover amid mixed analyst outlooks
CTS Eventim is experiencing a recovery in its share price, recently trading around €61.30 after testing support levels. The ticketing and live entertainment group reported solid operational growth in the first half of the year, with revenue increasing by 16.9% to approximately €1.5 billion and adjusted EBITDA rising by 12.4% to €225.4 million.
Financial analysts hold differing views on the company's potential. JPMorgan has issued an ‘Overweight’ rating with a price target of €95, citing significant potential in the company's venue business. Conversely, Goldman Sachs remains more skeptical. DZ Bank previously raised its price target for the stock from €81 to €88.
Despite the operational strength, the company faces some uncertainty following the unexpected departure of CFO William Willms in late September. Investors are looking toward upcoming catalysts, including quarterly results on November 12 and the first Capital Markets Day on November 20.
