CTT increases treasury shareholding to 3.45% following new purchases

CTT has acquired an additional 305,265 treasury shares, bringing its total holding to 3.45% of its social capital. This recent acquisition occurred between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Under its ongoing share buyback program, the postal service has now purchased a total of 4,510,201 shares, representing a total investment of 27,413,759 euros. Following these transactions, CTT holds a total of 4,619,936 treasury shares. On Wednesday, CTT shares rose by 1.75% on the Lisbon stock exchange, closing at 5.52 euros.
