Cuauhtémoc officials conduct urban maintenance in San Simón Tolnahuac

In the Cuauhtémoc borough of Mexico City, Mayor Alessandra Rojo de la Vega led a maintenance initiative titled ‘Limpia Cuauhtémoc’ in the San Simón Tolnahuac neighborhood. The program focuses on preventive measures during the rainy season.

Key actions included the desilting of approximately 833 linear meters of drainage and the cleaning of 14 hydraulic accessories. The operation also involved tree pruning, the removal of a dead tree to prevent risks, and the rehabilitation of 68 streetlights. Additional urban maintenance included pothole repair, sidewalk construction, and road marking to improve local infrastructure and safety.
