Cuautitlán Izcalli launches youth council and hosts free World Cup semifinal festival

The municipal government of Cuautitlán Izcalli approved the creation of a Youth Council, aiming to increase young people’s participation in local public affairs. The council will be integrated following a public session led by Mayor Daniel Serrano.

The same municipality is also organizing a free community festival, Fut Izcalli, on July 18 at the Parque de las Esculturas. The event includes a live screening of the World Cup semifinal between England and France, classic‑car exhibition, musical performances, and various sports activities, with an expected attendance of about 3,000 families.
