Cuautla implements social and cultural initiatives via Plan Cuautla

The Government of Morelos is implementing various social and cultural initiatives in Cuautla as part of the ‘Plan Cuautla’, an integrated strategy aimed at rebuilding social fabric and strengthening community ties.

In the Gabriel Tepepa neighborhood, an educational orientation day provided approximately 100 participants with access to services regarding literacy, high school alternatives, and vocational training. The event included guidance from the State Institute of Education for Adults (Ineea) and the State Coordination of the Open High School Subsystem (CESPA), alongside STEM-focused activities for youth.

Additionally, the National Circuit of Orchestras for Peace will host a free mass concert at the Monumento a la Bandera on August 22. The event will feature a symphonic program by the Orquesta Escuela Carlos Chávez, followed by a tropical cumbia performance by Sonora Dinamita. This cultural intervention is part of a federal initiative by the Secretariat of Culture to bring high-level artistic activities to all Mexican states.
