Cuautla livestock association implements hydroponic forage training

The Asociación Ganadera General Local de Cuautla is preparing a technical work plan to address the impact of drought and water scarcity on livestock productivity. Anaid Oliver, president of the association, announced that the organization will provide courses on hydroponic green forage production as a sustainable alternative to maintain livestock feeding in the absence of pastures.

Additionally, the Cuautla Agricultural Development Directorate has confirmed plans to deliver livestock feed in the coming months. The local government will also implement testing for brucellosis and tuberculosis to strengthen animal health certification and ensure the quality of meat and dairy products.
