Cuautlancingo Mayor Omar Muñoz promotes industrial investment

Omar Muñoz, the mayor of Cuautlancingo, is preparing to deliver his second management report on October 4. In a recent briefing with journalists, Muñoz emphasized his administration's focus on coordinating with the private sector and academia to align educational offerings with industrial needs.

Muñoz highlighted a shift toward transparency, noting that previous administrations lacked coordination with the media and the automotive industry. He announced close collaboration with Volkswagen and its suppliers, including agreements regarding property tax compliance and road infrastructure improvements to facilitate the movement of goods and workers. Cuautlancingo currently accounts for 17% of the manufacturing industry's GDP.
