Cuban bakeries in Florida offer traditional pan cubano

Several Cuban bakeries across Florida are noted for their traditional pan cubano and pastries. In Tampa, La Segunda Bakery and Cafe has been operating since 1915 in the Ybor City area. The bakery produces approximately 18,000 loaves daily, using a traditional method where bakers press a palmetto leaf along the top of each loaf to create a signature split crust.

Other notable locations include Karla Cuban Bakery in Miami, which operates a 24-hour West Flagler location offering pastries such as guava and coconut pastelitos, as well as Vicky Bakery in Orlando.
