Cuban labor delegation meets with British unions in London

A delegation from the Central de Trabajadores de Cuba (CTC), led by Secretary General Osnay Miguel Colina Rodríguez, is participating in the 158th Annual Congress of the Trades Union Congress (TUC) in London.

During the event, Colina Rodríguez met with TUC General Secretary Paul Nowak, who reaffirmed British union support for Cuba and expressed interest in expanding future cooperation. The delegation also met with representatives from the GMB Union, who voiced support against the United States' economic blockade. Additionally, members of the National Education Union (NEU) expressed solidarity, noting their history of providing computers and educational supplies to Cuban schools.

Colina Rodríguez emphasized Cuba's commitment to its socialist development and economic transformations despite ongoing coercive measures and energy restrictions.
