Teen Santiago Herrero awakens, nearing ICU discharge after violent attack

Fifteen‑year‑old Santiago Herrero, attacked by a group in Villa Carlos Paz, emerged from an induced coma and is now breathing unaided, receiving only supplemental oxygen.
