Cube Highways Trust completes India's first private-to-public InvIT conversion

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has served as the Indian legal counsel for Cube Highways Trust and its Investment Manager, Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited, regarding a significant financial conversion.

The transaction marks India’s first conversion of a privately listed Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) into a publicly listed InvIT. The process involved an offer for sale of approximately INR 5,000 crore, executed by several entities including BCI IRR India Holdings Inc., BCI IRR India Holdings Limited Partnership, Cube Highways and Infrastructure II Pte. Ltd., Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte. Ltd., Cube Mobility Investments Pte. Ltd., and Seventy Second Investment Company LLC.
