Cucine Lube Civitanova defeated Cisterna Volley 3-0 in a friendly volleyball match held at PalaCiarapica in San Severino Marche. The set scores were 25-22, 25-22, and 25-21.

Alex Nikolov led the scoring for Lube with 12 points, while Howe and Klimes contributed significantly at the net with three blocks each. The victory marks Lube's third consecutive win at the venue since 2024. The match served as a key test for the team, which is preparing for the Regular Season debut on October 17 in Verona.

Lube's sporting director, Marko Podrascanin, had previously expressed expectations for an 'upgrade' in team performance following an intense preparation period. Despite some early errors in attack and service noted during training, the team showed positive progress in this encounter against SuperLega opposition.
