Cuenca Local Police seek sponsors for inaugural charity march

The Cuenca Local Police are seeking corporate collaborators and sponsors for the inaugural ‘Marcha Solidaria por la Unión’, scheduled for October 18. The municipal body has issued a call via Instagram for businesses and entities to support the event with contributions of at least 30 euros.

The charity race will begin at Plaza Mayor at 11:00 AM and conclude at Bosque de Acero. The event aims to bring together local residents, families, associations, and businesses, featuring family activities such as inflatable castles, mats, and road safety and mountain bike circuits.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to two organizations: ALCER Cuenca, which fights renal diseases, and ADISCU, an association for people with diabetes in the province. Participating companies and collaborators will receive visibility through promotional materials, including signage and social media.
