Cuiabá conducts tree-planting initiative on Avenida Tatsumi Koga
The Cuiabá City Hall has conducted a tree-planting initiative on Avenida Tatsumi Koga, also known as Avenida V2, as part of the third stage of the Verde Ação Project. Approximately 400 seedlings were planted during the operation.
The initiative was organized by the Municipal Secretariat of Planning and Urban Development, in collaboration with the Limpurb urban services company, the Verde Novo Program, and the Court of Auditors. To ensure efficiency and standardization, teams utilized hydraulic drilling machinery to prepare the planting sites.
According to municipal officials, this replenishment effort is a critical component of urban reforestation planning, aimed at expanding vegetation coverage and ensuring the long-term maintenance and monitoring of the city's green spaces.
