Cuiabá holds inclusion circuit to train public service employees

The City Hall of Cuiabá organized the 1st Inclusion Circuit to train employees of the Integrated Taxpayer Service Center (CIAC). The initiative aimed to improve public service by helping staff understand the daily challenges faced by people with disabilities.

During the training, employees participated in practical simulations, including using wheelchairs, wearing blindfolds to experience visual impairment, and navigating communication barriers with the deaf community. According to Deputy Secretary of Inclusion Andrico Xavier, the circuit is part of a broader training program on accessibility designed to ensure staff can provide clear and detailed information to all citizens.
