Culiacán legislator calls for investment in Los Mezcales
María Teresa Guerra Ochoa, a deputy on leave, has called for increased public investment to improve the quality of life in the Los Mezcales sector of Culiacán. During a meeting with local residents, Guerra highlighted critical infrastructure deficiencies, including a lack of adequate drainage, sufficient potable water, and proper sports facilities.
Guerra emphasized the need to expand opportunities for women, children, and youth to foster safer environments and prevent violence within homes and communities. She stated that addressing both infrastructure needs and social conditions is essential for families to develop with greater tranquility.
