Culinary events and membership growth in Italy

The Eklettica cultural association hosted ‘Incontri di Gusto – Il valore di esserci’ at the Giardini di Villa Giulia in Sant’Anastasia. The event focused on gastronomy and social inclusion, featuring a cooking workshop led by chef Stefano Vecchiano. The initiative aimed to use culinary traditions to promote community acceptance and solidarity.

In Castel San Pietro-Medicina, the Accademia Italiana della Cucina welcomed three new members during its first convivial gathering of the year. Held at the Il Giardino restaurant, the event brought the local delegation to a total of 32 members. The gathering featured traditional Emilian and Romagnolo cuisine, including tortellini in Parmigiano Reggiano cream and stuffed guinea fowl.
