Culinary events scheduled for Miami and Bogotá in October 2026

Several culinary events are scheduled for late 2026. In Miami, the Carolina Territorios platform will host a special edition at Casadonna on October 1. This event, part of Karol G’s TropiTour, aims to blend Colombian cuisine with Italian coastal flavors. The dinner will be led by executive chef Emilio Valencia and chef Lisbeth Mora, featuring cocktails from Casa Dragones.

In Bogotá, the sixth edition of BogotáEats a Cielo Abierto will take place from October 16 to 18 at Parque Museo El Chicó. Organized by The Gula Group, the festival expects approximately 30,000 attendees and the creation of up to 1,800 temporary jobs. The event will feature 26 restaurants from Bogotá and guest participants from regions affected by the August 10 earthquake. New additions to the festival include a dedicated spicy food zone titled ‘Spicy by Sprite’ and a focus on the work of individual chefs.
