Chef Carlos Bertolazzi to host exclusive Italian dinner in Canela

Chef and restaurateur Carlos Bertolazzi will host an exclusive Italian-themed dinner at the DoubleTree by Hilton Caracol Canela in Canela, Rio Grande do Sul, on August 29, 2026.

The four-course menu is designed to blend classic Italian culinary references with regional ingredients from the Serra Gaúcha. The menu includes creamy polenta with mushrooms and gorgonzola, rigatoni with colonial cheese cream, beef tagliata with risotto, and traditional panna cotta with bergamot syrup.

Bertolazzi, a former financial market professional turned chef, is known for his restaurant Zena Cucina in São Paulo and has appeared on various Brazilian television programs.
