Cuéllar celebrates festivities in honor of Virgen del Rosario

The municipality of Cuéllar, located in the province of Segovia, is celebrating its traditional festivities in honor of Nuestra Señora la Virgen del Rosario. The event includes several scheduled activities, such as a mass at the Capilla de Santo Tomé and the official opening of the festivities marked by a procession from the Santo Tomé chapel to the San Miguel church.

During the official ceremony, Judith Frutos Fernández was named the Corregidora for the 2026 Cuéllar Bull Runs, accompanied by Damas Natalia del Olmo Martínez and Laura Martín Muñoz. The festivities also feature a parade of local groups and a speech delivered by the Agrupación Coral Cuellarana to mark its 40th anniversary. Local authorities have issued guidelines requesting that attendees avoid using glass containers for beverages to ensure public safety during the celebrations.
