Cullera hosts the III World Rice Biennial

Cullera is hosting the III Biennal Mundial de l’Arròs (III World Rice Biennial) from October 15 to 18. The four-day festival features over 80 activities, including gastronomy, music, culture, and entertainment for all ages.

Key culinary highlights include rice tastings scheduled for Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18, between 12:00 and 16:00. Additionally, a tapas program will run from 18:00 to 24:00 on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The event aims to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation by featuring both local associations preserving generational recipes and Michelin-starred chefs demonstrating high-end culinary techniques.
