Cultura Profética launches world tour celebrating 30 years

Puerto Rican reggae group Cultura Profética has launched their 'En Bucle' world tour to celebrate 30 years of musical history. The tour, which recently began in Madrid, features a repertoire that blends songs from their latest album, 'En Bucle'—which the band describes as 'their best album so far'—with classic hits such as 'Ilegal' and 'La Complicidad'.

In an interview regarding the new material, singer and bassist Willy Rodríguez discussed the creative process behind the new album, noting that the band drew inspiration from reggae legends like Dennis Brown and Don Carlos. Rodríguez also addressed long-standing criticisms regarding the band's evolution and commercial direction, stating that the group remains committed to pursuing their own musical path regardless of audience expectations for classic sounds.

The tour includes upcoming performances in Buenos Aires at the Movistar Arena and in Lima, Peru, at Costa 21 on October 8.
