Cultural and architectural developments in Brazil

In São Paulo, Studio Guzlive has completed the renovation of the PG Apartment, a 133 m² unit located in a modernist building in the Higienópolis neighborhood. The project, led by architect Gustavo Live, transformed a compartmentalized 1940s layout into a fluid living space. By removing the wall between the kitchen and living room, the design integrates the dining and music areas, improving natural light circulation and adapting the home to the owner's lifestyle.

Meanwhile, the Casa Museu Ema Klabin is continuing its ‘Bate-papo em casa’ program, a collaborative educational initiative with Casa Museu Eva Klabin. The 2025 series focuses on themes of ancestry, gender, and territoriality. Looking toward 2026, the program aims to explore dialogues between memory spaces, environmental education, and sustainability. The series will feature Marcelo Chardosim from Museu Baldio, an itinerant, collaborative museum based in Alvorada, Rio Grande do Sul, which focuses on urban activation and land care through art and research.
